Three recommendations for: 1. A set of priority standards has not been identified. 2. A document indicating priority standards has not been developed or made available to content teachers 3. There is no evidence indicating an attempt to ensure the curriculum for all content areas is focused enough that instructors can adequately address it in the time available. 4. Content teams incorporating each facility have not been established to collectively determine priority standards and develop a viable curriculum based on those standards
