Three Stores on Main Street. Same problem, but now there are three companies. Each attracts the fraction of the population that is closest to it. If two stores occupy the same location, they split the fraction of the population that is closer to them than to the other store. If all three stores occupy the same location, each attracts 1/3 of the population. Show that there is no Nash equilibrium.
