Three words I'd use to describe my personal brand would be: collaborative, methodical and transparent. I think something that sets me apart is that I'm truly transparent and also self-aware. I'm aware of my strengths and weaknesses and embrace them both. In return, I help others identify their strengths and weaknesses (we all have them). I'm collaborative in that I work well with others and enjoy it in order to produce the best results in the most efficient manner. Methodical because all of my actions have meaning. I am very efficient and no time is wasted, so whatever needs to be done in order to complete a task is what I'll do. I cannot stand inefficiency and don't work well with those who don't have a plan and a purpose.

It's 2023 and I'm almost embarrassed to admit I do not have a LinkedIn profile. I understand the advantages and know I am in the minority here, so my goal is to get a profile created and start promoting myself.
