These are my answers for the previous assignment :
1- The assessment covers 4 important skills, my Finding were as below :
A- Rumbling with Vulnerability: 8.8 / 10 : Vulnerability is the emotion that we experience in hard and risky times, if you can show up and face those emotions, it means that you have the skill, according to the assessment I need to work more on this, and improve this skill in order to to effectively handle our dynamic world.
You cant get to courage without rumbling with vulnerability.(1)
B- Living Into Your Values :10\10, Means that you act according to your values , no matter what the circumstances are, When were vulnerable, we will face self-doubt, hurtful comments, and fear. Our clarity of values is the essential support during these difficult times. If we dont have our values to remind us why were being courageous, the cynics and the critics can bring us to our knees.
C-Braving trust: According to the writer, Trust has 7 elements (Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Nonjudgment, and Generosity)
D-Learning to Rise: 9.3 / 10: it is to stand up back again if you fall in life, it is a strength for me as I become stronger after going through hard times
2- Th strength that I am gong to address are as follow :
1- Rumbling with Vulnerability: it is very important for a manager to have this skill, in the future if I am going to be a manager, I must posses this skill in order to create a sense of psychological safety within the team,
Through an open and vulnerable discussion, I will be able to provide assurance and collaborate with the team to find solution to the challenges ahead
2- living into your values : when I used to work as a sales supervisor back in the days, I used to have the value of building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service, in order to achieve this , I used to conduct scheduled meetings with my clients to understand their needs. this has helped to gain new customers and to keep the ones I already have, sometimes I felt that it is very stressful but because it is a value, I've never stopped.
