Rate the performance of the operator using overall rating. 7. Assign appropriate allowances for fatigue, personal delays, and unavoidable delays. 8. Work up the study by computing the elapsed elemental time using the red-inked pen. 9. Calculate the allowed elemental time and the standard time.
