Tina Rosario is the paralegal for Attorney J. P. Smith. Mr. Smith asks Tina to do an initial client interview with Mr. Andre Dupre. Tina greets Mr. Dupre, has him fill out a client information sheet, and then sits down and speaks with him. Mr. Andre Dupre works for General Finance in the Accounting Department. Mr. Harris is Andre's boss. Andre claims that Mr. Harris has been pressuring him to steal the weekly bank deposit. Andre is the person who brings the deposit to the bank every Friday night. Andre claims that Mr. Harris told him, "If you don't steal the money, I'm going to fire you. Don't worry, we'll split the money 50/50." Additionally, Andre claims that Mr. Harris is bold enough to come right up to Andre's desk and discuss the scheme. Andre is confused and is afraid he is going to lose his job. He gives Tina the name of several coworkers she can speak with: Missy works with Andre in the same department and sits right next to him; George, who Andre has coffee with everyday; Mr. Boyd, Andre's friend who works in the same department as Mr. Harris; and Mary, who is in George's carpool.
