Tishia files suit in federal court against Shadi for a breach of contract claim. After Tishia presents her case in chief she moves for a motion for judgment as a matter of law on the grounds that Shadi does not have enough evidence to dispute her claim. The court denies the motion and Shadi presents his case in chief. The case goes to jury which returns a verdict for Shadi.
