Title: The Relationship between Further Education and Promotion to Higher Ranks among Royal Malaysian Police Officers: A Quantitative Study

This quantitative study aimed to investigate the relationship between further education and promotion to higher ranks among Royal Malaysian Police officers. A total of 400 police officers who had completed a diploma or degree program while serving in the police force participated in the study. The study used regression analysis to examine the relationship between further education and promotion to higher ranks, controlling for factors such as age, gender, and years of service. Results indicated that police officers who had completed a degree program were more likely to be promoted to higher ranks than those who had only completed a diploma program, after controlling for other factors
