To answer the questions, choose two information systems within your knowledge or past experience. If it is necessary to give some prisons:

a hospital appointment and patient tracking system and minimal layout.

Question 1. [35 points]

personal information system in a business

order processing system in an e-commerce business

logistics tracking system in a cargo company

Prepare a Data Flow Diagram for the first system you selected. Diagram 3 will be healthy. The content diagram consists of diagram 0 and diagram 1 steps. It will be drawn for all levels. Attention should be paid to staging and connecting elements.

After creating your diagram, select a process that is important to the system you set up and prepare a process definition that you will use in the appendix of your diagram's data dictionary. The choice, application and display of the detailed information used in the description is at your own discretion.

Question 2. [35 points]

Prepare a Use Case Diagram for the second system you have chosen. The types of relationships between the various scenarios shown will be considered.

After creating your diagram, choose one of the various scenarios and prepare a scenario description/text that is used in the annex of your diagram. The detail information fields used in the definition will be decided according to the Cockburn Template.

Question 3. [30 points]

Choose a process from any of the systems analyzed in the first two questions. A different process should be chosen from the process used in the process definition in Question 1. Model and illustrate your chosen process using an Activity Diagram or Sequence Diagram. If the Activity Diagram is used, it will construct the functional areas within the system by thinking.
