To be a successful leader I feel you must be daring to be different. I feel this is a characteristic that many great and successful leaders share. If you're not willing to take risk with new ideas or products you may never be great. I feel one commit from the video in regards to diversity being imperative in the workplace is a major ingredient to be truly successful. I have personally seen to many leaders who meet sometimes exceed objectives but are unresponsive to diversity in ideas or people which could make them far exceed objectives. Just because an idea is not your own or may seem different it is always worth understanding and not immediate dismissal because it may be out of your comfort zone. Looking at the environment of business strictly from your own understanding, beliefs, or lifestyle many times excludes opportunities to increase market share or even new product offerings
