To be "investable", your program must start with a solid theory, drawn from the academic literature that is being used as the basis of your selected project to solve a clear and specific criminal justice problem. This theory can be (but does not have to be) one of the theories covered in this class. The theory used should be testable, coherent, generalizable, and explain known findings. Most importantly, the theory components must be directly related to the key elements of your proposed program or strategy
