Conceptualize your own example of a situation in an organization that might require an HR professional to be involved in mediation or negotiation.
Part 1: Provide a 1-page summary of this situation including the following information:
- The setting
- The parties involved and each persons role within the setting and in the conflict
- The sequence of events that led up to the possible need for mediation or negotiation and the actions and motivations of each of the parties involved
- The stage within the lifecycle of conflict in which the parties are at this point.
