    1. How will employees be chosen to participate in the program?
    2. What tools/metrics will be used to evaluate current vs desired performance?
    3. What role will the supervisor be expected to play?
    4. What training courses will be offered in the program?
    5. What methods of instruction will be utilized?
    6. How can you incorporate coaching and mentoring into the program?
    7. Consider in-house vs. outsourced training content;
    8. How will you ensure employees in the program have the opportunity to apply what they have learned and transfer occurs?
    9. Consider duration of the program and whether or not employees will be able to work on the program during work hours;
    10. What role will the HR department play, and you specifically, in championing and supporting the program?
    11. How will you manage expectations of those employees who complete the program and may be expecting a promotion?
