To create a new query in Design View, you:

D$.$ Right$-$click an existing query and select "New" from the contextual menu.

B$.$ Click the Query Design button under the Create tab

A$.$ Click "New" from the File Options Menu.

C$.$ Click the New Query button under the Home tab
