To focus on this issue, BlewMinds needs to find contributing factors to incorporate into their team, how to build a storytelling team, who should be communicated to for each factor, and the objectives of each communication. One of the first audiences BlewMinds should communicate to is their clients. Identify key issues and obtain their needs and expectation when a storytelling session is performed. Through personal emails or different types of client surveys, retrieving necessary feedback from the clients provides BlewMinds the factors they need to consider when forming a team. Continually performing these surveys after a team has been formed and sessions have been performed will constantly provide necessary feedback for improvement, as there is always room. It is also important for BlewMinds to communicate their development of a storytelling team to their client base. Without this prior knowledge, clients may either not provide the feedback all or may feel deceived. Providing this upfront knowledge to the client will show transparency and give them the feeling BlewMinds cares about them and is only trying to obtain this information so they can best serve their needs
