To integrate the field of Organizational Behavior with current events, students must find and either write about or submit a video discussing a current business story and explain how it integrates with a topic learned from class.

Article to be chosen from a current popular press or trade publication that pertains directly to the topics covered throughout the class. Potential topics include $($but not limited to$)$: Ethics, Culture, Diversity, People @ Work, Motivation, Power & Politics, Organizational Structure & Change, Communication, Managing Groups and Teams, Leadership etc.

Students must write $(2$ pages or less$)$ or speak about $(10$ minutes or less$)$ the content of the article and a description of the class concept. The paper should include how the Organizational Behavior concept explains, or integrates with, the current event. The paper should focus the student$$s response to the article. Potential questions to answer in the paper include $($but not limited to$)$:

$$ Do you agree or disagree with the concepts being presented in the article and why?

$$ Have you seen these concepts utilized in your own workplace or organization $($team$,$ class, group, affiliation$)?$

$$ Do you see this as a widely held perspective within corporations and$/$or businesses?

$$ What skills$/$knowledge can you take away from this article to enhance your knowledge of the topic?

Paper or video link, along with a link to the article should be submitted via drop box in blackboard.
