To organize a Health and Safety Conference that will be attended by Health and Safety professionals. The conference will have attendees from across the world and is scheduled for January 11. As the individual in charge, numerous planning requirements must be in place to ensure the conference runs effectively. To begin organizing the conference complete:

1. a list of major milestones for the project;
2. list all activities and tasks needed for the project; and
3. have all activities and tasks in a logical sequence in a timeline.
