To say that we live in unique times is perhaps an understatement.In early September, the federal government announced vaccine mandates for certain employees.In addition, the Unified Court System, requires that all its employees be vaccinated or face disciplinary action.The hospital in my hometown will no longer provide services for the delivery of babies, as a result of individuals leaving the hospital's employ, rather than being vaccinated.

Last fall,National Public Radio aired a storydiscussing whether an employer may require vaccination against Covid as a term or condition of employment.In the context of business law, one side of the argument is that employers should be able to control and monitor their work and attempt to limit the exposure of other employees and customers to disease.The other side involves an individual's personal and religious beliefs.Provide arguments on both sides of the issue.
