To select multiple files that are contiguous, do this:

Hold down the CTRL key while you click on the files that you wish to select.

Hold down the SHIFT key while you click on the files that you wish to select.

Click and hold down the left mouse button while you draw a box around the files you wish to

select.

Press CTRL$+$A
