Today students information is stored in a Google sheet with multiple pre-populated fields. There is a need to have the students fill out additional fields that will be appended to this sheet. You need to devise and implement a solution that allows a student to enter his/her CUNY Id, see his/her record, and then be able to fill in the needed information. After entering the information, the student should then be able to see his whole record (including the newly added fields) but should not be able to edit it.
A google sheet needs to be created that looks as seen below. Attached to the sheet needs to be a form that asks the student for their cuny id (first column) and when entered shows them their corresponding row. The student can then enter any missing information but cant edit after it is filled out.
