Toledo Leadership Academy $($TLA$)$ offers dozens of two$-$to$-$four$-$week leadership courses for university students in Ohio and the neighboring states. These courses are typically conducted on university campuses. Their student registration process is as follows: TLA currently has a computerized student relationship system $($SRS$)$ with an online web$-$based interface through which students can register for a course. A student can search for a relevant course from a list of available courses displayed by the SRS$.$ After evaluating its cost and duration, a student can select a course and register. During registration, the student has to input personal details into the SRS which is stored for future reference. Upon successful registration, the student has to pay in full for the course. The student has to directly call the customer services representative $($CSR$)$ at TLA if they have any special requests $($such as dietary requirements$).$ The CSR will input the special requests into the SRS$.$
