Tom and Mary are married and live in Florida. They have a 13 year old daughter named Jane. During the summer Jane visits with her grandparents in Orlando. Jane has spent summers with her grandparents since she was 5 years old. In July, 2007, while with her grandparents, Jane told her grandmother that Tom had been coming into the bathroom when she takes a shower. Jane went on to say that on several occasions Tom has showered with her. Jane has told Mary about her father's behavior, but Mary has ignored her. Can the state of Florida remove Jane from Tom and Mary? Why?
