A next door neighbor Tommy often shares a beer with, asked for help with a probate matter, and Tommy gladly provided a great deal of help.The neighbor ultimately lost in court, and has now sued (a) Tommy and (b) Mary.The neighbor has also contacted the State Bar's Discipline Section. Is anyone in trouble, and if so, who, and why?
