Tomorrowland and Fantasyland are members of the WTO.During the past decade, Tomorrowland has been focused on making Tomorrowland similar to Silicon Valley in California - with a view to attract technology companies and high-paying jobs.Tomorrowland's government has implemented a variety of measures to encourage computer technology makers to move to Tomorrowland including providing innovation tax credits, transportation credits (i.e. subsidized electric vehicles) and providing government land at below market rates to encourage computer companies to relocate to Tomorrowland. These measures have worked and during the past 5 years, over 50% of computer manufacturers that were previously located in Fantasyland have taken advantage of these incentives provided by Tomorrowland.Fantasyland's leaders are concerned that they are losing high paying jobs to Tomorrowland. Fantasyland has implemented a complete ban on any computer products and associated accessories.Fantasyland has also banned any agriculture products that are grown in Fantasyland from being imported into Tomorrowland.
Workers of the computer manufacturers indicate that the real reason why these companies have left Fantasyland is that Tomorrowland has employer friendly laws that prohibit the freedom of association and bargaining and that these companies are making larger profits for their shareholders. These workers are afraid to file complaints with the the International Labour Organization about their rights to associate and bargain freely as they will be immediately fired by their employers.
