Tony is a hospital owner in New York. He made an employment contract with Dr. Jasmine to be responsible for the department of surgery. The contract contained an exculpatory clause saying that she is not responsible for any high infection rates among patients occur within her department. On the other side the owner added a clause that she can't work for any competitors for 20 years.
