Topic 2: Building Relationship

In order to build a synergistic team, you need to build relationship with other team members.

You are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. You are the building representative on the homeowner's association board for your building that consists of 10 condos. You are on lock-down orders from the Governor and the town mayor. Anyone out after dark pays a $1,000 fine. You have several residents who are elderly and unable to get groceries. Not everyone knows each other. Several residents moved in only three months prior to the pandemic.

• As a diverse group of residents (the entire class) what could you all share that would enable your large team to open up and relate to one another better?
• How can relating to one another create synergy and solutions?
