Roberts' executive summary was very wordy and contained little information. Roberts' executive summary was very wordy and contained little information. I would make it better by first condensing the summary and better organizing the perspectives that will be discussed. I don't see any major issues with the mission statement, and it's not terrible either. I wouldn't change its mission statement since I think it serves as a good reminder of why the company was founded in the first place and is what keeps it operating now. I would make it better by first condensing the summary and better organizing the perspectives that will be discussed. I believe that financial information, which they can obtain from logistical websites, is extra information that could be employed in the industry analysis. It is easy for the reader to get bored and lose focus when reading such a long report, therefore if I were to revise the plan, I would definitely make it shorter. It also emphasizes how crucial it is to continue relying on the elements that have made the company successful. However, it could be shorter as it is a little wordy. The company can think about simplifying the language and making the mission statement shorter in order to better communicate the key aspects of the company's purpose and beliefs. The target market, as well as any prospective risks or opportunities, should be included in the industry study. To have a better understanding of the target market and a better analysis of the companies competing with Frank's, data to include would be required. The U.S. Census Bureau, the Bureau of Labour Statistics, and perhaps contacting current clients are other sources of data. Frank's might begin using delivery services to upend the standard operating procedure of a conventional barbecue restaurant. They can also concentrate on offering special menu items to set it apart from other barbecue joints.

Roberts executive summary was too long and it had limited information in it. I would improve it by first shortening the summary and making it more organized as far as the view points that will be covered. The mission statement is not bad and I don't see any major problems with it. I would not improve their mission statement because I believe that the mission statement is what keeps their business going as far as the reason it was created in the first place. I think that the additional data that could be used in the industry analysis is the financial aspect and i think they can get the information off of logistical websites. If i were to rewrite the plan, I would definitely shorten the whole thing because it is easy for the reader to get bored and lose focus while reading such a long report. I would also add some more items to the menu like sides that will compliment the cookout food well. I would also add complimented snacks that will also go well with the menu for customers to have some diversity with the menu. I would be a disruptor by adding snacks like chips, candy, and maybe some ice-cream as deserts that will change the status quo of a typical BBQ business.
