Topic: Ethics INSTRUCTIONS: Please read the below case and answer the related questions (4 questions). The Case: Hashim is working as a customer service officer at a bank. His working hours are between 8.30 am and 7.00 pm. Hashim is planning to travel abroad to visit his family this weekend. He finds very affordable flight tickets with a departure scheduled for Thursday, at 3 o'clock. Hashim would like to buy these tickets to save some money but he has a problem. He is working on Thursday and by the company's rules he cannot leave the office before 7pm unless it is an urgent/unexpected matter. Hashim can ask for a leave for a half of day, however he prefers to use the right for leave in another day. Therefore, to leave the office earlier, he is planning to tell his manager that his daughter is very sick and that he has to take her to the doctor. Question 1: (20 marks) Explain whether the behavior of Hashim is ethical or not: a) Based on the positive law standard? b) Based on moral relativism
