A simple example of "When Every Employee is a Risk Manager"

In this case, the photos were not taken and forwarded by an employee but by a person who knew the CFO and facilities manager of the organization building the structure. These photos were from a new construction project. The contractor had not yet turned the project over to the owner, but the project was virtually complete. Can you spot the potential issue?
