According to PMBOK 6e (7.1.3.1. Cost Management Plan), The cost management plan is a component of the project management plan and describe how the project costs will be planned, structured, and controlled. The cost management processes and their associated tools and techniques are documented in the cost management plan. The cost management plan can establish the following:

• Units of measure
• Level of precision
• Level of accuracy
• Organizational procedures links
• Control thresholds
• Rules of performance measure
• Additional details

Based on the Cost Management Plan defined, provide the following document (30 pt)

• Cost estimate (refer to 7.2.3.1 in PMBOK 6e)
• Cost baseline (refer to 7.3.3.1 in PMBOK 6e), that is, a time-phased project budget.
• S-curve based on the Cost baseline
