Tourism is non-standard meaning no two trips/stays are the same. Tourism is simultaneous and inseparable because the product is 'made' and 'consumed' at the same time and the service workers are part of what makes the 'product' good or bad. Tourism is intangible because you cannot touch what you are ultimately paying for (which is service and memories) and is because tourism products/experiences are generally not long-lasting
