However, for hiring managers who are genuinely interested in a candidate, a more detailed resume, which could be extended to more than 2 pages might be what they prefer. With 10 years of related experience as you put on your resume for a related field I may suggest narrowing it down to a 2-page aiming for the most relevant and impressive information that will specifically show your skills for the desired position you are applying. I don't know how much hiring managers typically spend reviewing the resumes, I would assume a few seconds or minutes depending on the number of candidates
