Training Program X and Training Program Y were both designed to increase "people skills." Training Program X requires 25% more hours to complete than Training Program Y. Three months after completion of the two Training Programs, the programs were evaluated and found to be equally successful. The developers of Training Program X made a strong argument that their training program is superior to Training Program Y, however, because the effects of Training Program X will last longer.
