XYZ Design Studio embarked on a comprehensive project aimed at revolutionizing the check$-$in

experience for one of the leading airlines in the industry. Upon delving into the initial stages of the

project, the design studio encountered a multitude of challenges that had been impeding the

efficiency and satisfaction of passengers.

During the observational phase at various airport terminals, XYZ Design Studio's team witnessed

firsthand the frustration and stress experienced by travelers as they navigated the check$-$in

process. Long queues snaked through the terminals, causing delays and discomfort for passengers

who were eager to begin their journeys. Furthermore, the existing signage within the terminals was

often ambiguous and inadequate, leaving travelers feeling disoriented and unsure of where to

proceed. These factors contributed to an overall sense of dissatisfaction among passengers and

highlighted the urgent need for improvement.

In addition to the physical constraints observed, XYZ Design Studio also uncovered inefficiencies in

the airline's check$-$in procedures. The existing processes were cumbersome and time$-$consuming,

resulting in extended wait times and decreased customer satisfaction. These operational
