TravelTheWorld Pte Ltd ("TTW") is a travel agency operating tours to different parts of the world. Its tours cater to a diverse audience such as families, retirees and young couples. Consider the following situations

Chris, a retiree, was interested in visiting the scenic country, Kovic and signed up for a tour of Kovic with TTW specifically via flights on SilkySmooth Airways as this was the only way to travel from Singapore to Kovic. He made an initial payment of $2000 to TTW for the tour, with the remaining $3000 to be paid a month before the departure date for the tour. As part of the tour package, Chris was given two vouchers by TTW for a meal at Singapore's latest restaurant which featured Kovic's cuisine. Chris used the vouchers shortly after he signed up for the tour. Just about a month before the departure of the tour, a serious deadly virus outbreak occurred in Kovic. In an effort to stop any spread of the virus to Singapore, all flights between Singapore and Kovic were cancelled and suspended indefinitely by SilkySmooth Airways. As such, it was not possible for the tour to take place. Chris had not made payment of the remaining $3000 yet although it was due from him to TTW by the time of the cancellation and suspension of the flights. Required
