, try to notice a CLAIM of some kind (frequency, association, or causal) that seems to come from research/"science". These could be from social media etc., but also possibly from conversations you have with people.

1. What was the claim
2. What kind of claim was it
3. Where did you encounter it (try to be more specific if possible, like a username would be better than just like "TikTok", though this could also possibly come from people/conversations!)
4. What is the (supposed) source of the research behind the claim, if they mention it? Or, just say that they were vague like "Science shows.
