(TPGI) is considering leasing a supercomputer for its upcoming data-intensive and computation-heavy scientific and engineering of locating a water source for its water distribution system after it was granted a franchise to operate and manage the water distribution system for the Municipality of Echague, Isabela. Currently, they have 2 options, the IBM and HP supercomputer. IBM supercomputer has a mean of 30 jobs per day costing Php150,000 per month. Meanwhile, HP supercomputer has a mean of 25 jobs per day costing Php112,500 per month. The engineers and project staff jobs are submitted on average of 20 jobs per day distributed Poisson.
