Tuckman's Five Stage Model shows the dynamics of teamwork through: Forming, Storming,Norming, Performing, and Adjourning. Tuckman's belief on team development is, "that thestages are all necessary for a group to work as effectively together as possible in order to seesuccess" (Calvello, 2021). The forming stage would go pretty quickly because the team isalready familiar with each other. Second, the storming portion was shown with Stanly and thegroup dynamic. Next, is norming where the team learns to accept everyone's roles. The groupenters into this stage pretty quickly which can have some advantages. Onto the fourth stage,performing, we see quick and efficient work because they are able to respect the boundaries ofone another. Seen through Kerry because she was trusted by Faust to handle the task of assigningpositions for each consultant and making sure they were chosen wisely. Also, Ted listened toKerry on her idea which put Sheila in a good work position. Kerry, additionally, knew that Tedwould be successful training employees, so she put him in that position. Finally, adjourning isdone when the group disperses and moves onto other projects
