Twenty-two years ago, Jane was violently raped. The police gathered physical evidence at the hospital where Jane was being treated for the attack. Unfortunately, the perpetrator of the attack was never caught.

Today, police came up with a valid match between a more recent rape case and Jane's case based upon the physical evidence. It appears that a man named Troy may be guilty of both crimes.

Prior to trial, Troy's attorney, Mr.Wilson, moves to have the case dismissed based upon the statute of limitations.
