Mr. P is strong to his belief that economic fluctuations always start from peak (or economic boom) to recession then depression. Ms. M on the other hand, firmly believed that economic fluctuations has no specific starting point. It may start from boom then fluctuate or may start down deep from depression to recovery leading towards boom. But she believed that regardless of the starting point of economic fluctuation, there is always a specific end which is recession. Who is correct?
