Two group leadership skills that I believe are opportunities for growth are suggesting and terminating. My suggestions tend to be conveyed as advice and there is a huge difference between giving suggestions and giving advice. The biggest difference is giving advice conveys to a person that should do this while suggesting is merely an opinion and nothing that you are expected to do. I am unsure if its my tone or if it's the word choice, but it is something that I need to work on. Terminating is something I must work on as well because often times, I like and want to hear success stories. I want to know that they have done the work and have applied it to wherever it makes sense
