two ideas that would qualify as authentic projects and explain some pertinent project-based concepts about them. Cannot include events (like parties, wedding, trainings, etc.) and trips (vacation, camping, etc.) and things like writing marketing plans or business plans or the process of starting a new business for this project. Consider projects that are more likely completed by a company (multiple people) than by an individual. A one-time, unique project idea. MUST include these details for BOTH project ideas separately:

  1. Proposed name of the project
  2. What product or service does this project result in?
  3. How does this project meet the criteria for how projects are defined? Describe aspects of this specific project that make it a unique project with start/end dates.
  4. A paragraph that describes thebasic flowor process of what would be involved for the project to take place.
  5. Start Date
  6. Identify the necessary human and equipment resources needed to complete the project. Not a list of consumable materials here. List each human or type of equipment by name and function. Must have a minimum of three humans as resources for the project. Next to each of the resources, list the cost per hour, approximate hours, and total.
  7. Explain who the primary customer or sponsor of the project is and why it is them
  8. Describe at least two (2) problems (risks) that could happen along the way
