Two pneumatic double acting cylinders of 50 mm diameter are used to transfer parts from a magazine onto a chute as shown in the positional sketch. When a push button is pressed, the first cylinder extends with adjustable speed, pushing the part from the magazine to the first position until a preset pressure is reached, then the second cylinder transfers the part onto the chute with controlled pressure. Once the part is transferred, and 2 seconds later, the second cylinder retracts to the initial position, after that the first cylinder retracts quickly to the initial position.
