The situation escalates when the press in both states reports that Arcadia is considering enforcing its rights to Ariolo by bombing parts of Ariolo. As a response, Andoria decides to bomb airports and harbors in Arcadia. The Prime Minister of Arcadia issues a statement declaring that grave breaches of public international law have been committed by Andoria. The Prime Minister of Andoria responds by saying that its actions are justified by the earlier threats made by Arcadia to bomb parts of Ariolo. Please, assess the legality of the attack of Andoria on Arcadia in the light of relevant rules of international law on the use of force.
