5. Interests, abilities and needs of students to be considered
6. Brief discussion on any two(2) appropriate learning theories that can help improve learning practice and how they can be applied to VET training
7. Brief discussion of at least four(4) suitable instructional design principles that can improve learning practice
8. Brief discussion of how the learning practice you have selected for improvement meets the qualification requirements for the Diploma of Business, Diploma of Project Management. You may discuss any two(2) qualification requirements suitable for the learning practice area, such as:

• trainer/assessor qualifications
• work health and safety (WHS) requirements
• resource and equipment requirements
• levels and aspects of communication - required ACSF levels (LLN)
• assessment conditions stated in the assessment requirements for each unit of competency.
