UK contract law
If an incorrect premium has been calculated for an insurance policy (which has been incepted) ie it should have been more why would the policyholder not be obliged to pay the correct premium at the higher amount? And if there's a claim before the premium is paid (but still within the payment window) would that matter? Or under contract law would the policy need to be paid before the claim is dealt with?
