Under garnishee proceedings upon the garnishee bank being served with the order nissi in the morning of a particular day and subsequently, the debtor's account was credited in the afternoon of the same day, should the garnishee attach the said future credits or just funds in the account at the time of service. In this case the Garnishee or the debtor did not open a separate account for future credit to the debtor.
