Using this as your base, do some additional research to learn about the mental health needs of your chosen community. Then, write an essay reporting that addresses the following:

1. Report on what you learned.

2. Based on your findings, which three needs or issues would you prioritize?

3. Imagine that you have been hired to be a change agent for this population. Describe at least three specific steps or strategies you would employ to address these priorities. Be specific. (For example, if education is important, what will your message be, and how will you communicate that?)
