Understanding the problem in the organization will help prevent it from happen once it has been solved. An article mentioned that even though the solution may take time and effort to finish but having it done right first will help keep it from reoccurring. (R., P, 2023) That is true if the problem is understood well enough that you are able to come up with a solution by understanding the root of the problem. Once an organization is able to understand the problem, people of the organization involved will know the steps to take in the future. Being able to look at problem and be able to quickly Identify the problem is key to problem solving. It is like a puzzle to figure out what will work best based on the works in the organization. The people who would be involved is manager, supervisor that is in charge of the organization and those effected by the problem. The reason only certain people are effected by problem because there are many problems that can come up that may not apply to all who work there. So, employees would be informed only if the problem affects them completing their work or project. The manager may be informed if it only a simple problem than if it is a bigger issue the supervisor would then be involved.
