Understanding your audience is a key component of effective communication and presentations. If I need to share my findings with members of the leadership team I would tailor and highlight the parts that are most important for them at their level. For example, budget concerns and overall gains matter to upper management. I would highlight my findings that impact these factors. As discussed in previous posts, I would use charts and graphs to share information quickly and efficiently. I would ensure that I am concise and clear and remove the "fluff" of the presentation. I feel that leadership and management would appreciate a presentation that gets right to the point
